I wonder if anyone knows where I can get 10cwt control cable or an eqivilant made up with talurit sleeves. It measures approx. 2.8mm.
3/32nd is too light and 1/8th too large for the pullies.

Have you tried Bruntons Aero Products in Scotland - they made up my bracing wires - they do control cables, do the tests and you will get all the QA paperwork to satisfy permit requirements.
