Turning an NPPL into a LAPL

Has anybody done this?
Does anybody know HOW to do this?

The CAA website has details in CAP804 of what the requirements are and I think I meet them. The main issue for a lot of people will be the Class 2 or LAPL medical, I suppose, but I already have that for flying to France.

Just considering changing it over now, but can't seem to find out how! Presumably there will be forms to fill in, but where are they?

Hi Rob,
I downloaded this form and my CFI says it's the correct one, but like you I fly to France on a class 2 medical and as it is November I haven't done the transfer yet.
