They were advertised by a chap on Afors last year (somewhat cheaper I seem to remember!). Anyhow I'l pleased with mine, not the most robust bit of kit but so, so much easier than lifting cans.
Simple air pressure. Pump up the cylinder to pressurised the can and the fuel quietly flows into the tank. Not that easy to do it for a part can and you have to be careful to make sure that the pump sits properly on the jerry can spout.
Pretty simple in theory but I found the Polarn pump I bought only seals adequately on one of my five jerry cans and I need to make an additional air-tight gasket, in order to raise the fuel to my Jodel tank.
