Is the May magazine out? If it is this is the second month running that mine is later than the majority (I am assuming it does arrive).

Hi Ian, unfortunately the Post Office does sometimes appear to be a law unto themselves and despite our best efforts we cannot get to the bottom of why some members receive their copy of the mag several days later than others. They are all bagged up and collected from the mailing house at the same time.
Unfortunately this month there has been a snag with the database which came to light yesterday when around 600 spare magazines were delivered to the office, which is around 500 more than usual. It appears the database issued too few address labels for reasons that are not yet understood. Penny will be back in the office today and will sort it out and we’ll then mail out the mags that were missed from the list straight away. I don’t know yet Ian if you are one of those that wasn’t on the mailing list or whether the late delivery is down to the Post Office. I’m sorry for the delay either way but rest assured we’ll get a magazine to you as soon a possible.

Just a note to say the office has discovered what went wrong and the magazines for those members who were unfortunately omitted from the original mailing list will be posted today. Sorry for the delay.
