Icelandic Contact

I had two great octogenarian gentlemen in my workshop today, flown down from Iceland, done La Ferte Alais, now at Breighton with snags and off to Sywell this weekend.

Names - Arni Sigurbergsson and Bjorn Thoroddsen

We are repairing a spat on their Pitts Model 12, but the other RV guys are trying to trace an ex BA/BOAC Skipper who built an RV6 late 90's early 2000's down south.

They had contact years ago, but have now fallen out of touch and would like to say hi.

If this rings any bells, or if you know someone who fits the bill, would you email or PM me off list please, we don't want to much off topic chatter.

Thanks

Mike

Mike - these guys are in Wick today on their way home via the Faroes. Give Andy a ring at Far North Aviation and he will pass your message. Its very windy here today (out of the north) so they may be held by the headwind.
That M12 is some beast !
