Several months ago I asked if anyone new of a solution to interference i.e. random ticking on a Trig radio. No replies
Six or so weeks ago a friend said place an RF choke on the aerial cable near the aerial. I did this yesterday thinking give it a try. Tested today amazing 99% better no noise

I haven't searched back but is the clicking from your transponder, if one is fitted?
I get similar on my Becker radio from my Trig TT21 transponder but it is very low level and not a problem.
I assume your radio still works okay?

Hi Tony Yes radio is fine now, very occasionally a tick but miles better. Don't tell anyone
but I plugged an MP3 player into it and had to refrain from doing aeros to the music.
