Just found this free resource for private pilots by chance surfing/googling - didnt know it existed - fantastic access to European airfield data - charts, customs availability, fuel etc etc.

I've just registered (using the choice of simple HTML application rather than Java) and found just what I was looking for very quickly - all the German airfields AIP data.
