I've put the proposal pdf (including map) within the headline news item on http://www.flyontrack.co.uk

Good to see that they are up to date....... just go to the "Stakeholders List " at the end of the document....... PFA is listed , just how long ago was the Associations name changed ?

The stakeholder 'PFA' just indicates how long these proposals have been ready to fire out (on a friday).
Headlines of Mode 'S' beaten back are just a laugh. This organisation will just cover the countryside with Transponder Mandatory Zones. they have started in the corner of UK where there will be the least protests & the can prepare their answers for the more difficult areas.
I am only surprised that they have not proposed a TMZ north of 52North and another South of 52N
