Does anyone know the law about landing fees? The reason I ask is I read about someone who aborted a landing at a strip without actually touching down due to excessive crosswinds and then had a load of grief with ATC trying to get his name and address over the radio.
Personally if I've aborted a landing I could do without this kind of distraction!
