How long to wait for engineering to answer

Post by G.Dawes »

What should be the time I need to wait for an answer for mods and repair schedule requests. It has been months, I got the postcards as receipt for the money but nothing else, do I need to chase, as I dont like hassling people, if it gets their back up.

Give them a call and politely ask the status.

My experience suggests you need to chase. Perhaps an initial call after a fortnight and then weekly after that.

waiting

Hi,
Try sending them an email... it took me 3 days to get a responce so they are on the ball with the emails...give it a try.
Dont forget there has been the postal strikes so this wont have helped your situation at all!!

I've been waiting for nearly 4 months for a response to a Mod-2 so don't hold your breath.

I'm afraid the only successful method seems to be keep ringing them.
