Bending Brakes

Early next year I will be in need of an 8 foot bending brake to make some parts for my CX4. Though I could manage without, I would like to do a 'proper job'.
I have looked into building my own, but the high cost of steel will make this one of those expensive tools that may not get used for years.

Is there anyone with a brake that I can beg, steal or borrow? All bends are 1/8" radius. I'm Oxfordshire based, but willing to travel a bit.
