Group Flying typical agreement

I have been asked to assist in setting up a group and seek help with a formal agreement text. Does someone have a typical draft available please? Or indeed any other relevant useful info?
Group will be based at Croft Farm Defford and we anticipate four members. (not my Super Cub; not yet anyway!).
