How do I post one for my profile John?

If you go to your profile (link near the top of the page) and scroll down almost to the bottom you will see a browse button. Use it to find a suitable .jpg picture on your hard disk. You may have to re-size it to make it less than 6k. Then press the submit button.

File size is a bit small john, how about 10kb limit. Still looks pretty snappy eh!
