I believe that's the Cessna 152 engine and I suspect there may not be a facility for a prop governor.
If that's the case, then your most likely bet will be an electrically adjustable prop such as one of the MTs - not very cheap.
most/ all Lycomings can be fitted with a wobbly prop but the crankcase may need splitting to insert the necessary gear unless was fitted previously, see boss near front of engine
Hi , asked a friend who knows the 0-235 well, there is a mounting plate on the front of the crank case, behind the prop boss on the left as you look at it from the front. If this has a removable cover you can mount a govenor there, if it is just a casting then go the electric route.
