Anyone know where to locate the 2008 instructions for the above please ?

Hi Steve, if you go onto the RSA website at www.rsafrance.com and click onto Legend'Air RSA Vichy 2008 on the right hand list, then click on the Legend'Air brochure cover, then on Consignes LegendAir RSA Vichy 2008 on the lower list and you'll get a pdf with all the gumph. Can't find an English version but it is reasonably clear si vous avez une peu de la Francais, peut-etre comme moi votre grammar est vocabulaire est terrible!
Hope to see you down there, we're leaving tomorrow am and routing via Abbeville to spend the night in Avallon. Great restaurant there. Check your Notams for the area west of Paris due to practice fast jet display for Bastille day. If they were able to practice today, then the temporary restricted airspace will be open, if not then stay well clear. Weather is likely to be better on the west side of Paris I think, which could make it a pain if the airspace is active.

Thanks - found it.

We're intending to go tomorrow dct lgl chw ptv o/hd aubigny nev.
Notams looked clear - though the weather front doesnt.
Saturday looks a bit better
