noise certificates for permit aircraft

I am planning a trip to Seppe and although I cannot read Dutch, it is clear that having a noise certificate has an impact on landing fees.
Are they available for permit aircraft, and if so, how does one get one please.

Hi John, they are not available for permit aeroplanes, only microlights. I do know of people who have 'doctored' German noise certificates that are available on the web, and also those who have 'doctored' other official looking documents. I have never had any real problem not having one in Germany, certainly never been asked for one in Holland.
