CAA Safety evening

Hi all,
can anyone inform me regarding contacting the CAA about running one of the CAA safety evenings. I notice the calendar for Winter 08/Spring 09 is already planned.
Can members of the public/PPL's request a safety evening if we can demonstrate a need and a critical mass willing to attend?

I organised one for our local Strut a couple of years ago at that time the contact was David Cockburn on [email protected]
A very interesting evening, we invited other groups from all over Scotland and had a turn out of about forty people
Only glitch was when the fire alarm went off in the hotel and we had to go out into the cold - false alarm I'm glad to say
