Mike Grigson and photos of past Chairman

Mike was the Popular Flying editor for many years and was responsible for the Cranfield Supplement of 1986. In the front cover of this is a good photo of many of our past chairman and I need to find the original which is a tall order after this time. Can anyone put me in contact with Mike since it might be his photo or one of Gordon Bain's.
